   * Installation as a user, even with the action "install as admin" does not work, independend where you try to install the application.
   * Installation as local admininstrator (.\admingl), into the default folder, typically "c:\Programm Files" finishes without errors, but the application can be started only as admin. If an other user trys to start the application, it fails, due to access-right-problems.

 The only known working installation procedure is an installation as local administrator (.\admingl) into a harddisk partition, which is not "C:\). Typically there is one available as E:\. Additionally you have to change the access-rights for the folder, on this harddisk-partition, where the sofware is installed. All the users, who should use the application, must have read/write and execute access-rights for this folder.
